Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are not able to send emails. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
- Restart your iOS device.
- Remove the affected email account from your device with these steps:
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.
