Q: Watch won't turn on

I can no longer get my watch to turn on.

I tried multiple times to update my watch from release 1.0.1  to the latest release 2.0.1 and it failed every time.  So, after two days of trying it every other hour, I finally decided to do a full reboot of my phone and hard reset of my watch (pressing both the crown and side button for 10 seconds).  Now the watch shows the apple icon for about 10 seconds, then goes to black for 3 seconds and back to the apple icon for 10 seconds.  It repeated this cycle in a loop all night.  So, I went back to my phone and unpaired the watch and tried a hard reset of the watch again.  No change - still looping through the apple icon now for another two days.

Not sure what I can do at this point to get my watch back - should I take it to the genius bar?
