Contact Apple Support (who may be able to offer the option of mail-in service) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having the watch checked under warranty:
I have my first one with failed digital crown after about a month. The first replacement has bubble top right under the screen after a couple weeks, today, I took my second replacement to the service centre again for exactly the same reason. So frustrated.
