I see you're getting a message in iTunes that states your iPad cannot be synced due to error -54. To help resolve this issue please follow through the directions in the link below.
If you see error -54 when you sync with iTunes

Nov 26, 2015 9:41 AM in response to alex_h1by youdstud,problem still persist, above didn't resolved my problem. contacted apple care on call and on chat they also don't have solution, advised to take device to apple service centre.
