Nov 26, 2015 1:45 PM in response to Winston Churchillby rbc24123,Yes. I cannot do anything with the included remote. The only thing that seems to work is the menu+home reboot. And when it does reboot, ti comes up into a chinese looking language and won't let me navigate the menus.

Nov 26, 2015 2:25 PM in response to rbc24123by Winston Churchill,I think restoring it from iTunes might be the answer but that would require a USB-C cable which you may not want to purchase, especially without any guarantee of success. I'd be inclined to return it for a replacement at this stage.

Charged up the remote but nothing. Dead as the proverbial Dodo. Tried linking it to my ipad.. It connects but nothing. Taking it back tomorrow.
