Nov 26, 2015 11:02 PM in response to nalan0203by Town in sky,Solution. I contacted Apple Support as my iPad Air is still covered for service. They advised I back it up on my laptop (done) and then restore from backup (done). I've tested and no random resets. iOS 7.0.4 iPad Air. I was advised that if this did not work then I would need to take the tablet into store.
