Q: why am i getting ads with itunes radio

I pay for iTunes Match and use Windows 10 BUT I still get ads. Any ideas? and yes I followed the boiler plate troubleshooting instructions and it did not fix.

    iTunes Radio in its previous form no longer exists. Are you talking about the Apple Music Beats1 radio station? If yes then it does have occasional sponsor ad spots. Any of the other Stations available under the radio tab are essentially playlist collections and should be ad free or they are if you're an Apple Music subscriber.
