Q: Can not hear other party on Iphone 6s calls

When I call someone or they call me I can not hear them through my phone. They can hear me on theirs. If they leave a voice mail i can hear the voice mail. I can listen to music, videos etc but nothing on phone calls even if I put on speaker.
