Q: iCloud photo sharing - shared album not working

iCloud photo sharing has not been working for me since Halloween. The last group of pictures I posted to a shared album are not showing up. On my iPhone 6, which I posted them from, it shows that they've posted. But they do not show up on any of my other devices and aren't showing up for family members that I've been sharing the  album with.  the photos aren't showing up on the  public website either. I removed those photos from the shared album and tried posting them again. That didn't help. I've rebooted my iPhone several times. I deleted older shared albums in case storage was an issue. That didn't help either. On another note, when I access photos from my iPad, I get the message "iCloud photo library has not been updated in 11 days - connect to wifi to update." I AM connected to wifi! And it always says 11 days! I don't get this message on any other device. And I have no photos on my iPad, just access to iCloud. I don't know if the 2 issues are related. Is anyone else having this photo sharing issue? Does anyone have a fix?
