Hi there
How do I fix my icloud account that is reporting 1.69Gb of backups but when I try to delete the backup, it says I don't have any?

Q: icloud full with non-existant backup?
call apple, a senior advisor may need to release the backup space. it could be an incomplete backup. the space could have been reserved but not enough space to complete.
