Hi,
I changed the storage model at iCloud from 20 GB to 50 GB.
The 20GB were paid up front until 9/2016. Now the payment plan will change from yearly to monthly.
How does the refund of the yearly payment works? Do I have to announce it somewhere or does it work automatically?
