Q: why does iTunes need a payment method

when I want to login with my apple-ID, they need a payment method, but I don't have one. How can I log in without a payment method?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

You can create a new Apple ID without a payment method by following the instructions here: Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method - Apple Support

thank you, problem is,
I don't want to lose my account (I don't want a new account), and i don't have a payment method
