Dec 1, 2015 8:12 AM in response to Smarkzby Unbrokenlaw,I have already copied the mentioned file folder to the mentioned destination with no luck. Tonesync is still telling me that there is an "Error connecting to iTunes - Please verify your iTunes installation." I just updated iTunes this morning before this and went to reinstall Tonesync since it was pulled a while ago when I had my computer worked on. It will open iTunes when it starts, but will not connect to it. I have also checked in my advanced settings and the correct option to share my library with other XML devices is selected and has been. I had installed all required updates for my computer...
I am running Win 8 and iOS 9. whatever the newest version is. I can locate the App on my iTunes when I connect my phone but not the file share option needed to install the ringtones to my iTunes so that I can use them on my phone.
Please help...

Dec 2, 2015 4:47 AM in response to Unbrokenlawby HappyMommy,Apparently Zedge has changed something to where you no longer need ToneSync to get your downloads onto your phone. All you have to do now is sync with iTunes. I was skeptical at first but I just tried it and indeed it worked. Unfortunately, it worked once. I saved a few more tones and synced again and they aren't showing up. I'm not sure if it's a "give it a few minutes" type thing or what but I can at least confirm that without ToneSync on this laptop I did get the first tone I downloaded earlier today to sync.

Dec 2, 2015 5:11 AM in response to HappyMommyby HappyMommy,I've figured it out. Again, ToneSync is no longer needed. The reason is Zedge is now listed as a file sharing app.
Here are the steps to get your tones:
1) Connect your phone and open iTunes
2) Click on your phone in the device list
3) Click "Apps"
4) Scroll down to the bottom and click on Zedge under file sharing applications
5) Select your ring tones on the right and save them to your Tones folder
6) Add the folder into your library (drag or go to file - add folder to library)
7) Make sure your phone settings are set to sync the tones and sync
