Q: should I increase my memory on icloud?

I have received an email from Apple to say my icloud storage is almost full and I need to increase, its only 79p per month, but is this a genuine email from Apple? I don't want to put in bank details if its not. Thanks

It could be genuine. You could post the email address to have the folks on this community have a look and let you know.
