Yes. Reinstall from OS X Recovery.

Yours is later than those, so would be able to use Internet Recovery. But, you can test by holding down cmd-opt-r on restart. Internet recovery will boot with a spinning globe in the middle.
When you reinstall on a blank disk, Internet Recovery will install the OS that shipped on that Mac, likely Lion, 10.7. You will be able to upgrade to any OS you had previously downloaded, or the current shipping OS.
Or, you can just back it up with Time Machine and Restore from that backup using Internet Recovery.
But, why are you erasing your OS X install. Just Bootcamp it and you can have both Windows and OS X Installed at same time.

I do want to run both windows and OS X but i was confused after i saw a video about how to install windows on a Macbook. The person used discs to install windows and reinstall os x but it makes sense if was an older macbook according to the table. Thanks again.
