    Hello tiago pt,

I understand that you would like to use your iPhone on another carrier. I can provide some assistance with figuring out your next step.

There are three steps to get this sorted out. The first thing would be to back up your iPhone using iTunes or iCloud because you need to restore your iPhone. Once you have restored your iPhone and you are still seeing the message, you will need to contact your original carrier to ensure that your iPhone is unlocked. Once that is verified, try the restore again and then it should activate. You can then restore from the backup that you made to get your content back on your iPhone. I have highlighted the section that you need below based on the alert that you are seeing.

Follow these steps if you have any issues or if you see this message in iTunes or on your device:

"The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported. Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier store."

    1. Restore your iPhone to factory settings.
    2. Contact your carrier to make sure that the unlock was applied in your carrier's system.
    3. Restore your iPhone from a backup.

    Take care
