Q: Jabra Freeway and iPhone Bluetooth

Hitting Voice, getting back "say a command" works pretty well, although 1/3 of the time it asks to repeat. When using Google Maps directions it often follows every voice direction with "call ended." There is no call. Shut up. Sometimes it announces "redialing" and then calls someone or other in my contacts list. Sometimes it tries to contact some voice command thing which gets a busy signal. The FM broadcaster works okay for a while but when driving a bit some station interferes; I guess that's just the way it works so I suspect there is no solution. Jabra support *****; every time I send a question they tell me to reset it, which does nothing. A simpler visor bluetooth may be the answer; this one has too many bells and not enough whistles.

I just bought a Jabra Freeway and had the same issue, then I discovered all you need to do is press the "VOICE" button on the Jabra and say "Phone commands".  This will activate Siri and you can use Siri as you normally would.  Keep in mind that if you have 2 phones connected that the voice commands will only work for the phone that was paired LAST. 

I received the item and have an iphone 6 plus. I was able to connect to the freeway without any issues but have had issues since connecting. I live in a rural area so not too many radio stations around and I am going to use the Freeway device to play music through Bluetooth to my FM radio in my car. I am able to pick up stations on my radio from quite a distance away AM and FM without problems. After trying to connect the Freeway to my FM radio none of the stations I picked were static free. I even had to move the Freeway device to different parts of the interior of the car just to have the radio receive from it. What's even funnier is that I tried the unit in the house with a portable fm radio and had the Freeway device about a foot from the antenna of the radio and got either static or no reception till I moved the device around. I emailed their support dept and get a canned email back telling me all the things to do that I have already done. Another feature that did not work was voice text messages. I would send out but the other person would just hear nothing. I then sent myself a voice text message and I could not even play it back (kept getting phone disconnect message from the Jabra) I then called Jabra and they sent me an email for warranty and I filled it out and sent it back. I will let everyone know what the outcome to this is when I receive a replacement Freeway. I did have a Jabra SP700 that worked without any issues for quite a few years but the battery died and they can't be replaced (basically the device has to be thrown away)
