im upgrading to a iphone 6s from an Iphone 6 how do i make sure all my info goes on the I cloud before I get rid of the old phone?

Welp, make a back up! Or see if you have one available!
You can do both at Settings > iCloud > Backup! (It should list when your last successful backup was, and if it wasn't recent, you can manually start on here too!)
