Q: I have an iPad Air 2 myPhone does not appear at bottom of screen on FaceTime when receiving call. Tried tapping bottom of screen nothing. Could I have accidentally turned something off? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i Have an iPad air 2 . I can't answer my incoming calls on facetime no phone on screen. I tried tapping bottom of screen and nothing happened. could I have accidentally turned somethng off? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Freckles60,

After reviewing your post, It sounds like you are not able to answer FaceTime calls on the iPad. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you for coming to my aid. While there was nothing in the article that helped me, it did get me to thinking of more things to try. I finally came up with the most logical thing and that was to simply reset my iPad, and that worked. Thanks again.
