Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to get mail on the iPad but it is not loading from the server. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

- Remove the affected email account from your device with these steps:
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.

thank you very much for the answer. I did the steps, first I deletet the account and then I added my account again,
but it does not help! There is no text in the mails. "Die E-mail wurde nicht vom Server geladen"
It's a POP3 Account. what can I do now?
