Q: Hey I can't put music that I downloaded form my pic to my ipod4, it says the icloud option is on but I already turned it off but it still doesnt let me. I need that music because it's not illegal it was from CDs I bought before and it's not fair

Sorry to hear that you are unable to get your music from your iTunes library to your iPod touch. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on. 

You said that you were using Apple Music or at least that is the area you posted in. If that is the case, I would make sure that iCloud Music Library is enabled on both your iTunes and iPod touch. This will make sure that your iTunes library on your computer, shows up on your iPod with out having to plug it in to sync.

If you would like to sync over USB, then you will want to turn iCloud Music Library off on your iPod touch, then you should be able to sync it with iTunes. Take a look at the next article below for more details.
