Sorry to hear about the screen on your iPhone. Let's see if we can figure out how to get your contacts to your computer.

I will be up front and say that you need to have the phone function to get it to sync with your computer. But if you use iCloud, you should have your contacts there as well as a backup that you made in either iTunes or iCloud.
