Dec 4, 2015 11:00 AM in response to Judd44by Loner T,Command+R will not let you erase the disk, but Command+Opt+R will. We can delete the LV/LVG first and then erase the underlying disk (Physical volume/disk).
diskutil cs deleteVolume FF0E4AA5-... (please enter the full string from your display ).
diskutil cs delete UUID (UUID comes from the LVG line in diskutil cs list output)
diskutil eraseDisk...
diskutil cs create...
diskutil cs createVolume...
I have just provided the sequence. Please let me know if you have questions. Please see El Capitan Upgrade bootcamp not showing Windows 10 as an example sequence.

Dec 4, 2015 11:17 AM in response to Loner Tby Judd44,The problem I'm having is I can't get into the Internet Recovery mode. When I reboot with Command+Opt+R it starts to load up but then i get an error -2102F. I've tried hard wired into my network and through wifi and I still can't get into the system. Any ideas?

Dec 4, 2015 11:41 AM in response to Judd44by Loner T,Can you check if you meet Requirements for Software Update Service - Apple Support ?

Dec 4, 2015 12:12 PM in response to Loner Tby Judd44,That link was about requirements for hosting a software update server. I don't think my laptop meets those requirements. Is that what I was supposed to be checking? It's also possible something at work is blocking me from accessing the Internet Recovery. I'm going to try again when I get home.

Dec 4, 2015 1:04 PM in response to Judd44by Loner T,From you Mac, you should be abel to get to
- Servers and ports
The synchronization module accesses the following public Software Update servers on destination port 80:
http://swscan.apple.com
http://swquery.apple.com
http://swdownload.apple.com
http://swcdn.apple.com
The latter (http://swcdn.apple.com) currently redirects to the Akamai content distribution network that hosts the updates. Note that the redirected IP address of http://swcdn.apple.com may vary over time or by geographic region.
With OS X Mountain Lion v10.8 or later, the synchronization module also accesses the following public Software Update server on destination port 443:
https://swdist.apple.com
Can you also check if there are any entries for or match apple.com in the following files on your Mac
/etc/hosts
/private/etc/hosts

Dec 9, 2015 7:45 PM in response to Judd44by dean@26,You can fix this problem by recreating your hybrid MBR, then if need be, perform a complete boot repair via the Windows DVD.
Start by download and installing GPT fdisk. Torun it, simply copy and paste following link into Terminal:-
sudo gdisk /dev/disk0
It will begin automatically after providing you with the current status of your partition tables. If the report have any errors, then stop it and let me know. Otherwise, simply follow along with the mockup process. When gdisk prompts the user for something, then consult the mockup.
Hope, it will resolve your problem.
