Q: Proper place to override SpamAssassin scores

Does anyone know the best place to override some SA scores in a way that OS X isn't going to overwrite on updates? I'm running Server 5.0.x

I too have this extremely annoying problem, maybe we're the only people in the world that paid the paltry sum for OS X Server and expected it to work.  Apple's lack of documentation and support for OS X Server is ridiculous. They're obviously too busy ploughing money into self driving cars and keeping Steve's head alive in a jar...

Anyway - what Tim the accountant wants you to do is:

    • Enter custom scores into local.cf

    • Write the scores on your hand with a sharpie

    • Amputate hand

    • Overnight courier it to yourself

    • Re-enter rules into local.cf

    • serveradmin stop mail

    • serveradmin start mail

    It just works!
