Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you are seeing a strange behavior with your Mac while using internet sharing. If your Mac is having trouble waking from sleep while internet sharing is on, I would suggest beginning the troubleshooting process by reading over and working through the steps provided in the If your Mac doesn't wake when you expect and If the previous steps don't work sections from the following article.
If your Mac doesn't wake when you expect
Your Mac might pause a few seconds before it wakes up. If it doesn't seem to wake at all, check for these possibilities:
- Your screen brightness might be turned down.
- If you're using an external display, your display might be turned off.
- Your Mac might be in safe sleep. To wake from safe sleep, press the power button.
- Check for a sleep indicator light, if applicable, and make sure that your Mac isn't turned off.
If the previous steps don't work
These additional steps may help identify or resolve the issue:
- Reset the SMC.
- Reset NVRAM.
- Disconnect external devices other than your Apple keyboard, mouse, and display. If that resolves the issue, gradually reconnect your devices, testing each time, until you find the device that is interfering with sleep. Then check the documentation that came with the device, or contact the device manufacturer.
- Start up in Safe Mode to see if the issue is related to non-Apple startup items, login items, or kernel extensions.
- Try to isolate the issue by using another user account.

Dec 5, 2015 10:36 AM in response to joe_7399by yafromhouston,hi joe, thanks a lot for your reply.
And sorry for my poor English. I said my mac will not wake up. I mean it can wake up, I can see the login screen, but can't wake up successfully, one or two seconds after login screen showed up, it just force reboot(5 country screen).
After reboot, an error report will then showed up, which says the reboot is caused by a airport hardware problem. I always submit the error report to apple, but I am not sure if it's a common problem of Macbook.
I will try to figure out if there are some third party softwares involved in this problem by using safe mode. really appreciate your advice.

Dec 6, 2015 8:12 AM in response to joe_7399by yafromhouston,I have test the safe model. My mac won't reboot when resume from sleep in safe mode.
But if I'm not in safe model, even if I don't start any program, my mac will reboot when resume from sleep. I think some background service crack the system. But I don't know how to find it.
