This seems her odd. By any chance, do you know what iPad your using. In a situation like this, I would recommend contacting Apple Support. Get back to me though on what iPad yiur using to further assist you.

Dec 5, 2015 9:28 PM in response to Richard Fernandezby Revz07,i am using the iPad 4th gen 64gb wifi. I went to apple support earlier and they wanted me to send it in at a price of $300 to "see" if they could fix it. I could buy a new one for that. I don't know what to do.
