Q: iPhone 6 health data is gone

I got my iPhone 6 on launch day and it was immediately tracking steps, flights climbed and total mileage. Today, after 6 PM all that data disappeared and the health app dashboard was empty. I can't seem to get my data back even after I've re-added those three items to the dashboard. If I go to show all data, it just tells me there is no data.  I have rebooted the device, but everything is still blank.

I can't seem to find anything online where this was working and then it stopped, nor data cleared out.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I am having trouble with data on Health app. since installing latest ios9 operating system. There is no . (dot) in the blood glucose keypad which means data can't be entered.  Also, lost all data points previously entered.  Since there is no . (dot) I can't reenter the correct date.  The app is practically useless without the ability to enter data correctly.

I have same problem on my iphone 6S with IOS 9.1, when I buy this phone on 07-11-2015.   The health data missing 1~2 times everyday.  Every time, I need reset my phone by turn on/off process.

But, I have a solution to improve this.    On 2015-11-20, I bought an apple watch, and connect with my phone.   From this action, my health data have not missing. from 11/20~now.

All my steps, distance and flights climbed data was gone. A reinstall from iCloud backup didn't work, nor did s reinstall from an iTunes backup.

i finally discovered the problem lies in the backup--not the iOS nor the hardware. (I know it's not the hardware because Apple first tried to replace the phone--iPhone 6s--after their support people couldn't solve it).

The solution was to erase all content and settings. Most of your data can be restored from iCloud or the App Store. But if you restore from a backup, the problem will return. Set it up as a new phone! My health data is working again.

Same problem with my iPhone 6s and iOS 9.2.1 here! All of a sudden all data was gone (health data, move, exercise, stands). Restore from an iCloud backup didn't work.

Setup as a new phone and erase all data is definitely no option for me with several hundred apps, not all backup up in iCloud.

Apple ... give us a patch that works!!!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1 - same problem. Data disappears in Health randomly. It appears after a restart, which I will not do every time the data disappears. I am shocked that Apple has not fixed the problem even more than a year after the problem was reported!
