Dec 6, 2015 9:57 PM in response to JohnnyFrustratedby JohnnyFrustrated,Update: I just went on my new iPod touch that I've been trying to set up, and all these songs that vanished are there. I am not tech savvy so I don't understand why they're not showing up in my library. I need to get them all back, make them all available offline, and then do a proper sync with this **** iPod. I want these songs on the go. It has been problem after problem lately, and even the guy at the Apple Store couldn't figure out my issue which led me to creating this brand new ID and building my library from scratch again. Can one of you knowledgable people help me out here?

Here is a support article that may be of assistance:

Dec 6, 2015 10:32 PM in response to gail from maineby JohnnyFrustrated,When I opened iTunes this morning, I had all those songs right in front of me in the library. A good chunk of them hadn't been made available offline yet (they still had the little cloud icon beside them) but they were all still visible. All I wanted to do was finish downloading the rest onto my Mac. When the downloads stopped (and when I couldn't restart them) that's when I signed out quickly hoping that upon signing back in, they would resume downloading. Now all I see when I open my iTunes is an empty library, except the one album I actually bought from the iTunes store. If all these songs are still on my iCloud, how do I bring them back? I feel like this should be really simple, but the answer eludes me.
