The charge are temporary charges, your card issuer should remove them : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you want to remove the card from your account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

It has been late for me to understand why for this place.
I dont want to remove my card information. Its all ok and understandable. But why do I need to do this in several times. This makes me confused. Do have any idea about this?
