If you are having issues with your iPhone's onscreen keyboard appearing when it should not, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications -
Then restart the iPhone -Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Please let us know if this resolves your issue. Of course if it persists, post back and we will see where to go from there.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Best to you. -

i did stopped all the apps and performed restart too but no luck
also tried performing soft reset (home + lock button together until apple logo appears) but that didnt worked too.
it seems i need to replace this one as this one has some light vertical bars appearing.

So I understand that quitting all applications and restarting your iPhone did not cure your issue. The next thing to try would be to back up your iPhone, erase it and set it up as a new device. See this article - How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Safe computing.

For the issue of the lines on your iPhone's screen, use the steps in this article - Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, in particular the section titled If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality.
- Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
So yes, the restore is part of the troubleshooting for screen issues as well.
