Q: Mac cannot connect bluetooth keyboard

I'm running OSX 10.9.5 on a 2007 iMac with 4gb of memory.  I don't have the firewall enabled and now iTunes is saying a firewall is blocking port 134.  In addition, my computer seems to forget the wireless keyboard so I have to pair them anew each time I wake up the computer.
