Q: Exchange incompatibility issue

Since upgrading to El Capitan, I cannot receive emails through Exchange accounts that were working perfectly before the upgrade. Is there any special procedure I need to adopt to re-instate the Exchange service?

Issue has occurred on my iMac, MacBook Pro and iPhone 6S

Any help would be appreciated

iMac with Retina 5K display, Mac OS X (10.5.8), MacBook Pro Retina 2.8
