Dec 9, 2015 4:19 AM in response to JB DEVAYby Kenichi Watanabe,First, you may want to shut down (power off) the Mac, then start up, if you have not done so in a while. After startup, use Mail and Safari to confirm there is a good Internet connection. Then try launching iTunes.
If that does not help get passed the issue with iTunes, what happens if you intentionally turn OFF Wi-Fi (so there's no Internet connection)... Then launch iTunes? If that gets you to the iTunes screen without getting stuck for 10 minutes, turn ON Wi-Fi and establish Internet connection. Then, try to signing in using your Apple ID (in iTunes).
