Apple:

This message is unhelpful.  Please supply the device that cannot connect, and a button that goes directly to how to solve this issue, like rearranging the service order of the network devices, or creating a new network location without those devices.  Also: I have no idea how some of these devices got into my system -- can you, like for web pages, show us where a device came from and what application requested that it be installed, pls?

    Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

     

    Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
