Dec 9, 2015 5:38 AM in response to ChitlinsCCby applemeister,Hi there!
I was opening a Zip file as I had to install some music that my friend sent me. I downloaded a .Rar programme and I installed the music. I them shut the laptop and went downstairs. A couple of hours later, I came up and turned my laptop on. I saw that my Desktop was empty. My music in serato wouldn't play as there was no file path to the central location on my laptop. My music had been deleted, my ITunes downloads were all hidden and I have to download, from the cloud, all my purchases again. My music I installed via CDs have all been deleted aswell. I called apple support who stated that there was some Malware on my laptop but have no idea as to why my music was deleted. My ableton works fine as do all the other applications installed on my Laptop.
Thank you guys!!!!
