Q: Cannot access Mail on Mac after Gmail password change.
I changed my Gmail password after "suspicious activity" but now I cannot get Mail to work on my Mac. The first error said the password was incorrect so I signed in through a web browser with success so I knew the password worked. Next, I deleted and re added my account but I receive an "imap login failed" error. I've attempted to set up the account as POP with same results ("pop login failed"). Conversely, I CAN access my account through the web and on my iPhone.
I cannot figure out what the trick is for adding Mail on my Mac. Any suggestions?
