Q: Is there eany way to get past a old id and password i have know way of getting in touch wit the previous owner

Is there eany way to activate my i phone tht was given to me and now i dont have eany way to get the previous owners info for i cloud

You will need to return the iPhone for a refund.

You can not bypass iCloud lock.
