Q: iPhone 6S from United Arab Emirates / Dubai

I want to buy an iPhone 6S from Apple Store, Mall of the Emirates. I will use it in Turkey. Can I use FaceTime if I activate this phone in Turkey? And what about the international warranty? Is it valid in my country(Turkey)?
