Q: integration of Macs, iPads and iPhones
We have in the house
2 people, 2 Macs, 2 Macbook Pros, 2 iPads, and 2 iPhones
We have two email addresses run in iMap mode from GMail.
We have one Contact list, one main calendar, one subscription to iTunes for purchase of aps etc.
I understand that is a limit of 5 devices to connect to iCloud etc.
How should the items be configured, such that we can share aps across the IOS devices and applications downloaded from the MacOSX application store. I do not want to duplicate any fees or subscriptions.
This probably not the best section of the discussion board, so which section should I post this question?
Thanks for any input.
Mac OS X (10.4.1), 10 GB for Mac Pro and 16 for the MB

Hello there, cwog.
It sounds like you're just trying share purchases between two users on your computers and iOS devices. It sounds like you would benefit from the Family Sharing service. The following Knowledge Base article gives you a great overview of the service and links to additional articles that help you with Setup and other features:
Get organized.
To get started, one adult in your household—the family organizer—invites up to five additional family members and agrees to pay for any iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases they initiate while part of the family group. Once family members join, the features of Family Sharing are set up on everyone’s devices automatically.
Send an invite
Family members join
All your family’s purchases, on all your family’s devices.
Everything’s better when shared, and sharing has never been easier. After you set up Family Sharing, all the eligible songs, albums, movies, TV shows, books, and apps ever purchased by family members are immediately available to everyone else in the family. And, of course, so are new purchases. The content appears automatically in the Purchased tab in iTunes, iBooks, or the App Store for each family member. Just select the family member whose collection you’d like to browse, then download and play the content you choose. Other family members can access your collection in the same way. If you want to keep some purchases private, you can choose to hide individual items.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
Cheers.
