Mac OS X
Q: where's my recovery partition
I booted my MacBook Air (OS X 10.9) while holding down the Option key, and saw only my main drive - didn't see the recovery partition. I then rebooted with Command-R and was able to get it over wifi, but I thought there was supposed to be one on the local machine, in case wifi isn't available and I need to Disk Utility my main drive or whatever - am I wrong, or did I somehow lose the local recovery partition?
