Q: iphone 6 , cant hear while in phone call

Hi , when am in a phone call , speaking with some one , i cant hear them what they are speaking , at that time i have to end up the call and make a call again , what should i do for this one to fix? am using iphone 6 , ios 8.3 . This happens atleast 5 or 6 times a day .

It sounds like you are unable to hear callers through your iPhone 6 receiver. I would start with updating your iPhone to the most current iOS available which at this time is 9.2. If the issue persists, see the troubleshooting steps in the attached second article.

Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone

yes am unable to hear callers suddenly when am in a phone call , ok i will update to the latest ios , Do you think this is the software issue? Then turning on hearing aid will be a solution for my problem or not ? thanks for your support.
