Q: airdrop works only mac-to-mac or ios-to-ios  - its normal for El Capitan?

After update to 10.11.1 airdrop functionality was drop

After update to 10.11.2 airdrop start work, but like in older systems when it was introduced first time: between iOS & iOS and OSX & OS X only!

What happens, apple?

    I have your same problem: airdrop works only mac to mac and iOS to iOS

    With Yosemite I was able to airdrop to every device

     

    I updated to 10.11.2 yesterday hoping to get it fixed but no way

    I already tried to trash the bluetooth prefs, reset Pram, sign out of iCloud

    this way I lost all my contacts too, recovered from Time Machine afterward

     

    At one point even Handoff wasn't working anymore. Now it does

    What a disaster!
