Q: Calls can only be made using earphone or speaker...any fix?

I Have to plug in a earphone or use speaker for calls. Anyway to fix? I have already tried to clean using air sprayer

iPhone 5, iOS 9.1

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I see that you are unable to hear callers via the receiver on your iPhone. I would first make sure that there isn't any debris obstructing either the headphone minijack or Lightning connector. Thee next steps that I could recommend would be outlined in the troubleshooting article below.

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
