Q: How do I backup the info on my iPhone if my iPhone doesn't work?

My iPhone has been acting weird for no reason and now the home screen doesn't appear when I press the Home button. Anyone else having this problem?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2

Hello,

You should be able to plug your iPhone into iTunes and then back it up if you havent changed the passcode on your iPhone.
