Q: I downloaded 9.2 update to my iPad 2 and it now has gone blank with a plug in iTunes symbol. I did that and my computer could not update it. I keep getting a 1671 error.

I downloaded IOS 9.2 to my iPad 2 and i now have a prompt to plug into my computer and connect to iTunes. I did that and followed the instructions but the update failed and I receive a 1671 error. Meanwhile, the iPad is still blank. What do I do next?
