Dec 14, 2015 1:33 AM in response to usman_chughtaiby lllaass,I suspect that when you previously had Win 10 on the Mac it was upgraded form either Win 7 or 8/8.1.
I would try posting here:
Also what exactly happens when you try to install Win 10? Error message?

Dec 14, 2015 2:16 AM in response to lllaassby usman_chughtai,I am new to this OS. It doesnt gice any error message. But when i Click next where it gives option to choose ISO file, It shows the destination USB but doesn't show the Source file and no option to browse and click the source file.

Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support
includes
Windows 10 is available from Microsoft as an ISO file and a USB flash drive. You need an ISO file of the 64-bit version of the Windows 10 installer to install Windows on your Mac. If you purchased the USB flash drive version you can download an ISO from Microsoft and use the Windows installation key that came with your flash drive. If you're installing Windows for the first time, make sure the Windows installer you're using is for a full installation (not an upgrade installer).
Are you using an ISO as the above says?
Yo have to post yourself in the Boot Camp Forum

Dec 14, 2015 8:53 AM in response to lllaassby usman_chughtai,Im not too sure about that . The previous owner had win 10 install files saved as ISO on the desktop. I extracted to usb but can not run setup.exe from there.
Mac doesnt allow to run exe i think. Is there any other way i can install it?

Dec 15, 2015 7:07 AM in response to usman_chughtaiby lllaass,I d not understand what you mean. You just burn an ISO file, you do not extract anything. Windows/bootcamp setup does the extraction
