Q: User Guide for iPhone, Update iOS 9.2 Crash

My user guide for iPhone iOS 9 in iBooks, on my Mac had an update, for iOS9.2, which I downloaded, 2 days ago. The book then crashed each time I tried to open it, so I deleted it but any attempt to re-download it fails. It starts the download then an error message appears "user guide for iPhone iOS 9.2 failed download, please try again. Any ideas how to fix this.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

Hey BertingAP,

If I understand correctly, you updated a book and now it will not open. Is this happening with other books? I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.

Only with the iPhone, and iPad Guide for iOS 9.2, and only on my MBP, it downloaded fine on my iMac and all my iOS devices.
I will report the problem to Apple.

I still haven't been able to solve this problem at all. I contacted iTunes support who told me to do the usual, delete restart re download all of which I had already done, which didn't work. Now it is suggested to call Apple Support. In that the book is on all my other devices I have not pursued the problem further for now, but I may have too in that my OCD won't let it go.

I have the same problem. The book get transferred from my iPhone to the iMac and then opens with an error in the iMac.
