Q: My computer mac book pro start to frozen and slow down after i do new software updated.I need help.

Hi there.Few days ago update my computer with the new software everything it was working fine before them, now is get slow and start getting warm right away.

Is hard for me to navigate and do my work in my computer.I need some help for try to make stop freeze.

I hope i can get help.
