Q: How do I cancel my Apple Music Membership and the 24.99 and 9.99 Billing. I did not want these.

How do I cancel the bill of $24.99 for Order Id MHG71X7VX4 Document N). 161114610872. I have called to cancel this service and no one was able to assist me. Please cancel both the payments. Thank you.

You are not addressing Apple here. I'm not sure who you may have called that could not help you, but you can contact iTunes support at https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

You can also manage your subscriptions in your iTunes account on the computer, or see this support document regarding renewal of subscriptions. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
