Dec 10, 2015 1:54 PM in response to nleekingby alex_h1,Hello nleeking,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I understand you're trying to get Wi-Fi Calling enabled on your iPhone and other devices. If you're not seeing your other devices to choose from, then you'll need to sign in to iCloud and FaceTime with the same Apple ID and password that you use on your iPhone. To learn more about adding a device to Wi-Fi Calling, please take a look at the information below.
Add a device
Make sure that your carrier offers Wi-Fi Calling from other devices. If it does, allow your device to use Wi-Fi Calling by following these steps:
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone and turn on Wi-Fi Calling, then turn on Calls on Other Devices.
- Tap Add Wi-Fi Calling For Other Devices.
- On your other devices, sign in to iCloud and FaceTime with the same Apple ID and password that you use on your iPhone.
- Turn on Wi-Fi Calling:
- On your iPad or iPod touch: Go to Settings > FaceTime > Calls from iPhone and tap Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling.
- On your Mac: Open FaceTime and choose FaceTime > Preferences > Settings and select Calls From iPhone > Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling.
- When a six-digit code appears, enter it on your iPhone and tap Allow.
On Apple Watch, Wi-Fi Calling is on by default. You don’t need to add it.If you can't add a device, check these:
- On your iPhone, make sure that Wi-Fi Calling and Allow Calls on Other Devices are on, and that your device appears under Allow Calls On.
- Make sure that you're using the same Apple ID for FaceTime and iCloud on your iPhone and your other device.
Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling
Cheers.

Dec 10, 2015 5:38 PM in response to alex_h1by nleeking,I Finally got it to work. I had to reset network settings on my iPhone and then it prompted me to update carrier settings. After doing this, I was able to enable wifi calls on other devices and it works great

Dec 15, 2015 7:18 AM in response to nleekingby apalvarez,Anyone else having issues? I can't get it to work, and tried resetting network settings. None of the extra options come up including "add wi-fi calling for other devices" on my iPhone. Also, on my Mac, in FaceTime, no option for "upgrade to wi-fi calling."

Dec 15, 2015 8:19 AM in response to apalvarezby apalvarez,To fix this you DO NOT need to erase network settings. That is just extremely annoying now that I have deleted all my saved wifi passwords. To update carrier settings you simply have to go into settings>general>about and it prompted me. Then I was able to set it up.

Dec 15, 2015 4:51 PM in response to alex_h1by Dick Chanslor,I set up Wi-Fi Calling and NumberSync on my AT&T iPhone 6s Plus. After the setup, the link shown in your picture for "Add Wi-Fi Calling For Other Devices"
is no longer available. Is that normal or should it still be there in case I need to add another device?
